§ 52.42 DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE; FEE.
   (A) Permanent disconnection of service can be obtained by having the service line removed at the owner’s expense. The cost shall be established by resolution by the City Council.
   (B) The cost for permanent disconnection of service from the natural gas system shall be $500.
