§ 52.26 BOND AND INSURANCE.
   (A)   A gasfitting contractor or appliance installation contractor shall file a surety bond with the City Finance Officer before a license is granted or before any such expiring license is renewed, in the amount of $5,000, conditioned upon the faithful performance of all contracts entered into by such contractor.
   (B)   A certificate of insurance shall be filed with the City Finance Officer by each gasfitting contractor and appliance installation contractor showing that the license has in force general liability insurance: in amounts not less that $250,000 for damages caused by injury to one person; not less than $500,000 for damage caused by injury to more than one person in one accident; and not less than $250,000 property damage in one accident.
   (C)   Both bond and insurance shall be maintained during the term of the license.
