9.6. NONCONFORMING SIGNS.

It is the intent of this section to provide a reasonable time for the elimination of nonconforming signs and structures. The provisions of this section shall apply to nonconforming signs. Nonconforming signs may remain in , subject to the regulations of this section and all other applicable requirements.
