UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GARNER, NORTH CAROLINA
3.2.2.  Effects on Successors.
   Permits and approvals are transferable. So long as there is an active or completed permit, no shall make of the land or structure except in accordance with the terms and requirements of the permit.
