3-5-1: ON PREMISES SALES; EXCEPTION:
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer for sale, or any individual employed by any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer for sale, for consumption on the premises, any beer, bottled or on draft, after the hour of one o'clock (1:00) A.M., and prior to ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. of the following day, on each day of the week except Sunday; and on the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday, it shall be unlawful for any such person defined above to sell beer between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. Sunday morning and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. Monday morning. The following exception shall be granted: It shall be legal to sell or offer for sale, for consumption on the premises, any beer, bottled, or on draft, on the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday, between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. from September 1 through February 28 of the year. This authorization for beer sales on Sunday may be terminated or extended at any time, without notice, by the city council. (Ord. 13-08, 8-14-2013)
