3-1-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter, unless otherwise provided, shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1949 Code § 12-0-37; amd. 2006 Code)
