A. Whenever any interest in real property is transferred by the city, the deed or other instrument of transfer shall be recorded in the office of the city recorder before being delivered to the transferee. If it shall be impracticable to record the deed or other instrument before delivery, a true copy thereof shall be immediately furnished the city recorder who shall record the same.
B. The city engineer shall keep a complete, accurate and properly indexed record of all transfers of real estate to or from the city and of all other transactions which affect the title of real estate belonging to the city. (Ord. 10-10, 11-18-2010)
