11-4-1: DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR:

The mayor's designee is hereby appointed the floodplain administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this title and other appropriate sections of 44 CFR (national flood insurance program regulations) pertaining to floodplain management. (Ord. 10-07, 10-20-2010)
