11-1-1: STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION:
The legislature of the state of Utah has delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, Garland, Utah, does ordain as provided in this title. (Ord. 10-07, 10-20-2010)
