1-9-8: INTERLOCAL PURCHASING AGREEMENTS:
The city shall have the power to enter into joint purchase agreements with the state of Utah for the purchase of any commodity or service wherein it is determined by the city council to be in the best interests of the city. (Ord. 10-10, 11-18-2010)
