Minimum standards of design, specifications for materials, and specifications for construction and inspection shall be prepared by the city engineer and, after approval by the planning and zoning commission and governing body, shall be adopted, by resolution of the governing body, as the minimum public works construction standards and specifications for public improvements. These standards shall be applicable to all subdivision improvements. (Ord., 2-29-1996)
