A. The decision of the city council shall be final as to the administrative action taken by the city, and such decision may affirm or reverse the decision of the planning and zoning commission in whole or in part.
B. Any party aggrieved by the decision of the city council may seek and maintain a plenary action for relief therefrom in any court of competent jurisdiction; provided petition for such relief is presented to the court within thirty (30) calendar days after the regularly scheduled public meeting at which the city council rendered its decision.
