10-3-5: IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETION:
All improvements, including the street paving, shall be completed within twelve (12) months after issuance of the first building permit in the subdivision. The seal and chip portion of the paving shall be completed within two (2) years after approval of the final plat of the subdivision. (Ord., 2-29-1996)
