8-2-5: ACCOUNTING, EXPENDITURE AND REFUND OF IMPACT FEES:
The city shall account for, expend and refund impact fees collected pursuant to this chapter in accordance with the provisions of the Utah impact fees act. (Ord. 2003-10, 10-21-2003)
