The entire area of the city and any areas outside the city serviced by such systems are hereby designated and established as one service area with respect to the culinary water system, the wastewater (sewer) system, and parks and recreation system. The storm drain system is divided into three (3) service areas as identified on the map in exhibit B which is attached to ordinance 2003-10 and incorporated herein by this reference.
