7-2-9: CITY ENGINEER AUTHORITY:

The city engineer, if there be one, shall be ex officio superintendent of sewers. He shall act as the city council's professional representative in assisting the superintendent in interpreting the intent of the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 82-1, 2-22-1982)
