Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise specifically prescribed, shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 89-1, 5-16-1989; amd. 2006 Code; Ord. 09-02, 5-19-2009)
