4-2-4: PENALTY:
Any persons, principal, corporation or any person as agent or employee convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 98-2, 4-21-1998; amd. 2006 Code)
