4-2-3: RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE:
The permittee (person requesting the burn permit) shall be responsible for any and all damage caused by the fire or as a result of the fire (i.e., smoke damage, heat damage, etc.). (Ord. 98-2, 4-21-1998)
