4-1-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and subject to the general penalty provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1949 Code § 11-0-24; amd. 2006 Code)
