4-1-3: OATH OF OFFICE:
All members, before being accepted as members of the fire department, shall subscribe to an oath supporting the ordinances of the city, and the rules, regulations and bylaws of the fire department. (1949 Code § 11-0-4; amd. 2006 Code)
