A. One Year: Each license shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
B. Application For Renewal: An application for renewal of an existing license should be made at least sixty (60) days before the expiration date. If an application for renewal is made less than sixty (60) days before the expiration date, the license will expire as scheduled and remain invalid until a new license is issued.
C. Denial Term: When the director denies renewal of a license, the applicant shall not be issued a license for one year from the date of denial. (Ord. 12-02, 2-28-2012)
