An applicant or licensee and adult oriented business employees shall permit representatives of the police department, health department, fire department, building department, or other city or state departments or agencies to inspect the premises of an adult oriented business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the law at any time it is open for business. It is unlawful to refuse such an inspection. A licensee's knowing or intentional refusal to permit such an inspection shall constitute a violation of this section. (Ord. 12-02, 2-28-2012)
