767.09 FIRE DEPARTMENT INSPECTION.

(a) The City Fire Department shall perform a safety inspection of the child day-care home upon application by a provider. The City Fire Department shall establish standard guidelines to be used in the child day-care home safety inspection.

(b) Once a provider has been issued a permit, the City Fire Department may randomly inspect a child day-care home during any of its hours of operation.
