§ 51.06 TERMINATION OF SERVICES.
   (A)   If non-payment for services is not remedied within 30 days of the original due date, services shall be terminated. Notice to this effect shall be given within 14 days after the due date, and thereafter, no further notice shall be required prior to the termination of services.
   (B)   If non-payment for services is not remedied within 30 days of the original due date, the business manager of the Service District shall certify the delinquency to the County Treasurer and Assessor. Delinquent fees and charges together with applicable interest shall, immediately upon certification, become a lien on the delinquent premises on a parity with and collected at the same time and in the same manner as general county taxes that are a lien on the premises.
   (C)   Interest on delinquent fees and charges shall be at the rate of 8% per annum, and shall commence for the date of certification, as provided in division (B) above.
