§ 51.05 FAILURE TO PAY; PENALTY.
   Should recipients of water and sewer facilities furnished by the Garfield County Ticaboo Special Service District No. 1 fail to pay the fees and charges herein imposed when due, a penalty of 50% of the amount due shall be assessed.
