§ 51.03 MONTHLY CHARGE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
   The Board of Trustees of the Garfield County Ticaboo Special Service District No. 1 may, by resolution or amendment to this chapter, provide for a higher monthly charge as it may appear necessary to pay the bonded indebtedness or other obligation of the Service District.
