Prior to the rendering of any services by the Service District, hook-up fees of $1,000 per residential lot ($500 for water and $500 for sewer), $250 per mobile home or trailer lot ($125 for water and $125 for sewer), $5,000 per multi-family lodging ($2,500 for water and $2,500 for sewer), or $1,000 per other commercial lot ($500 for water and $500 for sewer) shall be paid to the Service District.
