§ 113.090 IMPOSITION OF TAX.
   This subchapter hereby imposes a local sales and use tax of 0.25% on every retail sale and use as described in UCA § 59-12-2 to fund rural transportation infrastructure located in Garfield County, including incorporated municipalities.
