Landfill rates will be assessed as follows.
(A) A fee of $60 annually for primary and secondary residents for properties with residential structures;
(B) A fee consistent with 2016 property values for commercial land and buildings (0.10%) will be assessed with a minimum of $60 annually; and
(C) Centrally assessed properties with a physical presence in the county will be assessed a fee of $120 per office location.
