Bagged and tied construction/demolition waste with a density less than 50 pounds per cubic foot that is generated in a residential establishment that is not subject to a building permit can be placed in the county’s household/commercial dumpsters. No construction/demolition waste longer than three feet in any dimension can be placed in county dumpsters.
