§ 50.02 ILLEGAL DUMPING.
   (A)   It is a violation of this subchapter to place construction/demolition waste generated at a site in the county subject to a building permit in a county dumpster established for household and commercial waste.
   (B)   It is a violation of this subchapter to place construction/demolition waste generated outside of the county in any county collection device.
