(A) There is hereby created a Public Land Corner Preservation Fund account. All moneys collected pursuant to the ordinance codified herein shall be deposited with the County Treasurer and credited to the Public Land Preservation Fund.
(B) There is hereby imposed a fee of $20 for filing survey maps in the County Surveyor’s office as required per UCA § 17-23-17. All moneys collected under this division (B) shall be deposited with the County Treasurer and credited to the Public Land Preservation Fund.
