(A) At a minimum, any tract of land permitted as a campground shall conform to the standards listed in the Recreation Camp Sanitation Rule (See Appendix A).
(B) Semi-primitive campgrounds shall be required to have at least one vault privy or portable restroom per 15 campsites or portion thereof. Said facilities shall receive written approval from the Local Health Department prior to county consideration for land use approval.
