In the event of a sale or other transfer of any property containing a tract of land licensed as a campground, the purchaser or transferee of the property shall be required to amend the conditional use permit and business license within 30 days of the date of purchase or transfer. In the event that the purchaser or transferee fails to make necessary amendments within said 30 days, the license will be forfeited and the owner shall be required to re-apply for all appropriate inspections, permits and licenses.
