An inspection for compliance with the regulations set forth in this chapter shall be performed at the campground property by the Planning Department and Local Health Department prior to approval of any associated land use application as required by § 114.05 of this chapter. Written approval from the Local Health Department shall be required for any proposed wastewater disposal or potable drinking water system.
