Any person who is found guilty of violating any part of this chapter, either by failing to do those acts required herein or by doing a prohibited act, is guilty of an infraction. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate violation. Nothing in this section is intended nor shall be construed as limiting methods of enforcement available to Garfield County under the Garfield County Code or state law.
