§ 52.05 EXISTING OPERATIONS - NONCONFORMING USES.
   State law and the Garfield County Code shall govern the establishment, restoration, reconstruction, extension, alteration, expansion, or substitution of any approved nonconforming wastewater disposal system use and any approved noncomplying structure related to such use.
