(A) No underground wastewater disposal system shall be located, placed or installed within 100 feet of any lake, river, spring, canal or other above ground body of water without written approval from the local health department and/or the State of Utah.
(B) No underground wastewater disposal system shall be located, placed or installed within 100 feet of any existing water well.
(C) All new commercial wells shall be drilled and grouted to a minimum depth of 100 feet.
