The reports required by this chapter shall be filed as follows:
(A) Candidates at a primary election shall file the required report 14 days before the primary election and candidates eliminated at a primary election shall file the required report 30 days after the primary election.
(B) Candidates at a general election shall file the required report 14 days before the general election and 30 days after the general election.
