§ 155.312 CONDITIONAL USES.

   Conditional uses are:

   (A)   Accommodation and food services;

   (B)   Home occupations;

   (C)   Multiple-family dwellings;

   (D)   Public and quasi-public buildings and uses;

   (E)   Retail trade;

   (F)   Transmitting stations and towers; and

   (G)   Utility easements.
