Due to the great interest in the county in improving developing, coordinating, and strengthening all programs concerned, with a rapidly increasing aged and aging population and to more fully utilize the potential of our older citizens; their skills, their wisdom, and their experience; the Board of Commissioners hereby create a County Council on Aging, hereafter referred to as the Council on Aging.
