§ 155.182 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following are conditional uses:

   (A)   Home occupations;

   (B)   Public and quasi-public buildings and uses;

   (C)   Short-term rentals;

   (D)   Temporary activities or events expected to consistently reoccur;

   (E)   Transmitting stations and towers;

   (F)   Utility easements; and

   (G)   Youth homes.
