Any person or entity aggrieved by a decision of the Building Official, Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission or any other County Office or staff member regarding the provisions of this subchapter shall have the right to appeal such decision to the County Commission if a written request for an appeal is filed with the Zoning Administrator within 14 days of verification that the aggrieved person or entity has been made aware of the decision.
