§ 31.041 OFFICERS.
   (A)   Officers of the Board shall be Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. They shall be elected by the Board at its December meeting and their term of office shall be for one year beginning January 1.
   (B)   The County Treasurer shall have legal custody of all library funds and shall act as the Treasurer of such funds.
