§ 31.025 OFFICERS OF PROTECTION AREA ADVISORY BOARD.
   The members of the Protection Area Advisory Board shall select a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Secretary. The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson shall be selected from among the members of the Protection Area Advisory Board. The Secretary may be either a member of the Advisory Board or a county employee. The selection of a county employee to serve as Secretary must be approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
