§ 31.023 APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS.
   The Board of County Commissioners shall appoint five members to the Protection Area Advisory Board established under § 31.022. The Board members shall be appointed by resolution from among the members of the Boards of Supervisors of the conservation districts located in the county, namely, the Upper Sevier Conservation District and the Canyonlands Conservation District.
