§ 31.005 CONSOLIDATION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER AND COUNTY SURVEYOR.
   (A)   The office of County Commissioner of the present Commission whose term expires at noon on the first Monday in January, 1973, and the office of County Surveyor are hereby consolidated.
   (B)   This consolidation shall not increase the remuneration presently received by the aforesaid Commissioner under his or her present salary as such Commissioner.
