§ 31.003 CONSOLIDATION OF COUNTY SHERIFF AND COUNTY CONSTABLE.
   Under the authority of UCA § 17-16-3 (1953), as amended, the offices of County Sheriff and County Constable are hereby consolidated under the office of County Sheriff. From and after the effective date of this section, all of the duties, powers, and responsibilities devolving upon the office of County Constable shall be carried out by the County Sheriff.
