(A) In the matter of prescribing the amount of bond the various county and precinct officers shall execute, the Board of County Commissioners do ordain as follows.
(B) The officers elect for the county and the various precincts for the year 1899 and 1900 shall give bond with good and sufficient sureties for the faithful performance of their duties in the following sums to wit:
(1) County Clerk: $2,500;
(2) County Recorder: $2,500;
(3) County Surveyor: $1,000;
(4) County Sheriff: $2,500;
(5) County Treasurer: $8,000;
(6) County Assessor: $1,500;
(7) County Attorney: $2,500;
(8) Each Justice of the Peace: $250; and
(9) County Constable: $250.
